What you’re buying
You Marry Your Unfinished Business is a one-time purchase of $55, plus applicable sales tax. Access is instant. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.
All sales are final
Because this is a digital product you get access to immediately, all sales are final. There are no refunds, partial refunds, or transfers. Please read the page and these terms before you buy, and email me if anything is unclear.
The self-guided materials
The audio lessons and Unfinished Business Journal are included with your purchase for the lifetime of the program. There is no recurring fee for continued access. If the program or hosting platform is ever retired, significantly changed, or discontinued, access may eventually end.
The Monthly LIVE Coaching Room
The room is included with your purchase for as long as I continue to offer it. It isn’t a separate subscription and it isn’t a lifetime guarantee. If I stop offering it, your access to the audio lessons and the journal isn’t affected.
Replays
The calls are live and recorded, but replays aren’t offered right now. Come live when you want coaching. Recordings are kept for my own use and aren’t distributed.
Your journal is private
Your journal entries are not submitted to me and I can’t read them. They’re saved in your own browser, on the device you write them on. That means they don’t follow you to another device, and clearing your browser data will erase them. You can save, revisit, delete, or print your entries at any time. If you want to keep something permanently, print it or copy it somewhere you control.
Coaching, not therapy
I’m an emotional intelligence coach. This program is education and coaching. It isn’t therapy, counseling, medical care, or mental health treatment, and it isn’t a substitute for any of them. Nothing here diagnoses or treats a condition. If you’re in crisis or you’re working with a therapist or doctor, please keep working with them. Results differ from person to person and nothing here is a guarantee of a particular outcome.
If you add the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment
The assessment is a separate $125 purchase billed in the same payment. Your invitation comes by email from MHS, not from me. Your private 30-minute results call must be scheduled within 15 days of receiving your results. The assessment is also final sale and is governed by the EQ-i 2.0 Assessment Agreement as well as these terms.
Tax
Sales tax is added where it applies and is shown before you pay.
Your account
Your access is for you. Please don’t share your login or the materials. One person, one account. If an account is shared or the materials are redistributed, I may end access without a refund.
Changes
I may update these terms. Changes apply going forward, not retroactively to what you already bought.
