Privacy Policy

Introduction
INNERGY LLC, doing business as “Macie Renae Coaching” (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you engage with our services, visit our website, or submit your information through our online forms.
By providing your information, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and any other details you provide through forms, applications, or communications.
- Coaching-Related Information: Information about your goals, challenges, or interests shared during coaching sessions, applications, or surveys.
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, and device data when visiting our website.
- Usage and Advertising Identifiers: Cookies and similar identifiers that record which pages you viewed, how you arrived at our website, and — if you reached us from an advertisement — the advertising click identifier that came with that visit. See Cookies and Similar Technologies below.
How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiries or requests.
- Provide and improve our coaching services.
- Send updates, newsletters, or promotional materials (only if you’ve opted in).
- Understand how our website is used, and measure whether our advertising reaches the people it is meant for.
- Maintain records for internal and legal purposes.
We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
How We Share Your Information
We do not share your personal information with outside parties except in the following situations:
- With service providers who help us operate our business — including our payment processor, our email marketing platform, our scheduling tool, our course platform, and the analytics and advertising providers described below.
- If required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Where our advertising cookies share online identifiers with Google and Meta so that we can measure our advertising, some state privacy laws treat that as a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can stop it at any time using the choices in Your Advertising Choices.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. We use cookies, and similar browser storage, for three purposes: to keep the website working, to understand how it is used, and to measure our advertising. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you beyond what is described here.
The cookies set when you visit our website are:
- Analytics (Google Analytics):
_gaand_ga_<ID>, which count visits and tell us which pages are read. These distinguish one browser from another; they do not carry your name or email. - Advertising (Google Ads):
_gcl_awand_gcl_au, which record that you arrived from one of our ads so we can tell which advertising actually leads somewhere. - Advertising (Meta):
_fbp, and_fbcif you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, which record that you visited our website so that we can measure our Facebook and Instagram advertising and show it to people who have visited before. - Our own attribution cookie:
mr_attr, kept for 90 days, which stores how you first found us and the advertising click identifier, if there was one, so that a purchase can be connected back to the ad or link that brought you. - Our own checkout cookie:
mr_pending, kept for one day, which remembers which program you were buying so the confirmation page records the right one. We also store a small record in your browser to make sure a single purchase is never counted twice.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will not stop you using the website, booking a consult, or purchasing a program.
Analytics and Advertising
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our website is used — which pages people read, how they arrived, and whether they went on to book or purchase. Google processes this information on our behalf. We have not enabled any feature that would send Google your name, email address, or phone number.
Google Ads. We advertise on Google. Our website includes Google’s advertising tag, which lets us count how many people who clicked an advertisement went on to book a consult or purchase a program, and lets Google show our advertising to people who have previously visited our website. This is often called remarketing.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. Our website includes the Meta advertising tag, known as the Meta Pixel. It records the pages you visit, whether you began a checkout, and whether you completed a purchase along with its value, and sends that to Meta together with your IP address, your browser information, and the identifiers described above. This lets us count how many people who saw or clicked an advertisement went on to purchase, and lets Meta show our advertising to people who have previously visited our website. We have not enabled any feature that would send Meta your name, email address, or phone number.
Other services that may set their own cookies. Some parts of our website are provided by other companies, and those companies apply their own privacy policies: our payment processor at checkout, our email platform for sign-up forms, our scheduling tool when you book a consult, our podcast host for episode audio, and YouTube for embedded client videos.
We do not run advertising that uses sensitive personal characteristics, and we do not use analytics or advertising data to make decisions about who we will coach.
