When it comes to coaching, you don’t have to work on everything at once. Sometimes there’s just one thing that, if it changed, would change a lot. That’s why I created two Mini Programs: Elevated EQ & The Threshold.
Each program is less than 6 weeks and gives us focused time to work on one specific area: understanding concepts, coaching through them together, and helping you actually take action with what you learn.
Elevated EQ helps you get clear on who you are & what you want out of your life.
The Threshold helps you trust yourself enough to act on it and follow through.
Both programs stand beautifully on their own. But if you’re able to do both, that’s what I’d suggest. They were designed to work together, with one naturally building into the next. I recommend beginning with Elevated EQ and moving into The Threshold if possible, but either order will work.
And if you already have your eye on The Hybrid Experience or The Art of Agency in 2027, these Mini Programs are designed to prepare you for the deeper work we’ll do there.
The Threshold
A Self-Trust Intensive
There’s a particular kind of frustration that comes from knowing better, but struggling to do differently. You know what you want. You can see the decisions that need to be made, the conversations that need to happen, the actions you need to take, or the things you need to stop tolerating. And yet, when it’s time to actually move? You hesitate, second-guess yourself, or wait until you feel more certain. You talk yourself out of what you were once so sure about. Or you start strong, only to find yourself slipping back into what’s familiar.
That’s the threshold. The space between knowing what you want and trusting yourself enough to move toward it. “I KNOW what I need to do... so why can’t I get myself to do it?”
This isn’t a clarity problem anymore. It’s a self-trust problem.
This 4-week mini-program takes us straight into the moments where you almost follow through – and then don’t. Where something suddenly becomes negotiable. Where avoiding a little discomfort wins over the thing you said mattered to you. Instead of just talking about self-trust, I’m bringing in additional reinforcements so it’s something you can actually SEE.
In this program you’ll be mailed a hands-on system that brings your patterns to life right in front of your eyes. Consider it a unique, playful way to catch your brain in the act of self-sabotage... because it’s a whole lot harder to unsee your patterns when they’re quite literally staring back at you. It’s enlightening. It’s visual. And surprisingly fun!
And underneath all of it, we’re changing the habits that determine whether you can count on yourself when it matters. Because you already know what you want. Now your work is embodying the woman who actually follows through AND has consistent trust in herself to do so. All those years of starting and stopping – that changes here!
