A Glimpse Into My Life: My personal examples of "the work"

In this mega vulnerable episode I am sharing with you my side of the healing work. I will share with you how I got into this work, what I was focused on when it came into my life, and some deep lessons working with a coach taught me. 

The truth is, this work saved me. I cannot imagine who I would be today if I hadn’t been introduced or more importantly, said “yes” to working with my coach.
