Emotional Regulation in Kids and Your Role As The Parent

A long awaited episode is here! I have had many people reach out and ask me to talk about emotional regulation in children. The thing is, it’s hard to help our children emotionally regulate if we are still learning how as adults — so give yourself grace. However, in this episode I am putting my occupational therapy hat back on to give you insight from when I was a full-time pediatric OT.  I will blend what I’ve learned from my background as an OT and a coach!
